Policies concerning voluntary donations and contributions.
As donations to Rampur Kala Kali Mandir Foundation are voluntary contributions made towards temple causes, they are generally non-refundable once processed.
In case of technical errors resulting in double-debiting or accidental duplicate deductions during payment processing, the donor may notify us within 7 days with the Transaction ID and bank debit confirmation. Upon verification, any erroneous duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
